What is the Shelf Life of El Viejon Ranch Style Jerky?
El Viejon Ranch Style Jerky contains Zero Added Preservatives. As long as it is stored in a Cool, or Room Temperature Controled Enviroment, it can last 2-3 Months. For best Flavor Consume within 1-4 Weeks of Opening.

How long will it take to receive my order?
El Viejon Ranch Style Jerky offers standard priority shipping at no extra cost. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Please note: due to high order volume and our small-batch, made-to-order process, your order may take 7–14 business days to be prepared before shipping. We never mass-produce jerky—each batch is crafted fresh to ensure quality and flavor.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products being consumable items, we do not offer returns or refunds.
