El Viejon Ranch Style Jerky proudly ships orders throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

Shipping Method

We offer standard shipping at no additional cost on all orders unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Order Processing Time

All of our jerky is small-batch and made to order. Due to high order volume, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped after it is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Due to our small-batch, made-to-order process and high order volume, we kindly ask that you allow the full 7–14 business day processing period before reaching out for an order status update. Once this estimated timeframe has passed, you are more than welcome to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. El Viejon Ranch Style Jerky is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume. These delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and do not qualify for compensation.

If your package experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will gladly assist with tracking and follow-up.

Lost Packages

In the event a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, El Viejon Ranch Style Jerky will work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Once confirmed, a replacement order will be issued.
