Due to the nature of our products being food and consumable items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

For health and safety reasons, consumable products cannot be returned, even if unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elviejonbeefjerky.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your case and, if approved, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
